White Flowers

This goes against
Everything I knew and
Believed all my life long…

Yet, all I see
Are white flowers
Growing within me.

I try to cover up, step away…
But this desire only grows
And grows strong!

Still, all I see
Are white flowers
Growing within me.

And I despair,
‘Cause all I want is
Just to do the right thing!…

However, all I see
Are white flowers
Growing within me!

Should I stay?
Or run away?

Why in Heavens
Are these white flowers
Still growing within me?!

As a warm and colorful light
In a tropical winter morning

This love,
Or passion,
Or whatever it is

Feels just like sweet,
Pure and tender
White little flowers
Growing within me…
