UM POETA DE PESO


Reconheço que estou acima do peso
E também um pouco fora de forma
Há atividades que não são para obesos
É meu médico de família que informa

Na chácara eu cometi um ato falho
Queria saborear na árvore uma fruta
Mas ao subir eu quebrei o seu galho
Fui muito apressado e perdi a disputa

Depois dessa já estou mais precavido
Irei apenas apreciar as paisagens belas
Vou fazer um regime estou resolvido
Felizmente o tombo não deixou sequelas
