O DIA EM QUE O MUNDO ACABOU



 
Quando o sol não entrar mais pelas frestas da sua janela
e tornar triste sua manhã,

Quando os raios da lua forem tímidos que não consigam
despertar os anseios de amor

Quando a verde plantinha solitária, em meio ao deserto,
desistir do sonho de se tornar oásis,

Quando as águas do mar subirem as montanhas
Quando os seus pulmões arderem ao respirar,
Quando tiver que beber as próprias lágrimas,
Quando os embriões desistirem de ver a luz

Quando você for o último
contemplando a terra e o céu,
abandone sua prepotência,
deixe seu orgulho de lado,
reconheça sua ignorância,
decrete sua falência mental,
desça agora do seu pedestal,
ponha as mãos no coração e grite:
Eu sou a humanidade,
o culpado sou eu!
