COELHO COM MOLHO VILÃO

Ingredientes:

1 Coelho
1 Ramo de salsa
2 dl de azeite
1dl de vinagre
1 Dente de alho
1 Colher de café de colorau
Sal

Preparação:

Prepara-se o coelho, tempera-se com sal e assa-se nas brasas.
Depois de assado, corta-se aos bocados.
Faz-se o molho com azeite e vinagre, os dentes de alho picados, o colorau e o sal. Depois de bem batido, deita-se sobre o coelho, que deve ser servido só no dia seguinte.

Nota:

Acompanha-se com batatas cozidas.
