MOLHO DE MILHO
Ingredientes:
200 g de milho
1,5 dl de leite
1,5 dl de natas
1 colher de chá de paprika
Sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Comece por ralar o milho, misturando-lhe, de seguida, o leite, as natas e a paprika.
De seguida, transfira o preparado obtido para uma frigideira e leve a lume brando. Deixe cozinhar por cerca de 5 minutos, mexendo sempre.
Rectifique os temperos e sirva de imediato.
