Entremeada grelhada com pimentos
ENTREMEADA GRELHADA COM PIMENTOS
INGREDIENTES/4 PESSOAS
1-Embalagem de 600g de entremeada de porco
1-Pimento vermelho
1-Pimento verde
2-Dentes de alho
5 Colheres de sopa de azeite
2 Colheres de sopa de vinagre
Sal e pimenta q.b
MODO DE PREPARAÇÃO
1-Tempere a entremeada com sal e pimenta. Ligue o grelhador. Corte os pimentos previamente lavados ao meio, retire-lhe as sementes e as peles brancas e corte-os em tiras finas. Descasque e esmague os alhos. Coloque a entremeada a grelhar de ambos os lados.
2-Leve ao lume uma frigideira com azeite, junte os alhos e deixe cozinhar até ficarem dourados. Adicione depois os pimentos e deixe cozinhar durante 5 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando. Tempere com sal e a pimenta, junte o vinagre, misture bem e desligue o lume.
3-Coloque a entremeada num prato, cubra com os pimentos e sirva decorando a gosto, com batata cozida. (pode também inserir salada a gosto)
