Wherever you go,
Know my thoughts
Are there with you,
Through the ocean,
Across the sky,
We are close even though
We’re far beyond
Each other’s eyes.

Take my heart with you,
And remember that
Every breath I take,
Is a prayer for your sake.
In summertime,
When winter falls…
Noise as a city
Or silent as a lake…

Take my heart with you,
And know my love is true…
For happy moments,
Or for rough times,
My love is faithful
And so is my mind.

So, please, wherever you go,
Take my heart with you.
