We wont be

You wanted other stuff
Cause what I give is not enough
I try and try my best
to always give you more

You wanted too much
And you want in such a rush
This is what I can give to you
I can't take it anymore

You wanted the sun
For me the moon is more fun
These are a few things
Why I’m closing my door

You wanted a smile
I gave you  for a while
I gave and throw away many
Can’t give you  anymore

You wanted my heart
Then you break him apart
I still ask myself
I don’t want no more

You wanted to be real
Give me a proof to feel
What you give to me
I don’t want anymore

We wont be lovers anymore
We wont be partners anymore
Life wont be perfect like it was before

You wanted the truth
I don’t think you can handle the truth
I can give love to you
You just give me hate

You wanted just a bit
What’s the point of it?
I can’t give you that
Cause I can’t fake

You wanted to touch my soul
Then you left her so cold
You make me loose my strength
You make me loose all my faith

You wanted time
I can’t give you time
I can’t afford to spend
I guess that now is too late

We wont be lovers anymore
We wont be partners anymore
Life wont be perfect like it was before
