Dreamcatcher. Self Portrait.

Again with the birdcages! These are very special to me because it was my grandfather who made those by hand. He passed away in '98 and I miss him deeply. I used to watch him while he made the cages, piece by piece, when I was little so this is part of my childhood memories as well.

I day-dream alot. And I mean ALOT. I get trappet in my thoughts and dreams all the time - which is not necessarily a bad thing! - and lately I've been having a lot of ideas for projects and so on, but they really don't stop being just that - thoughts and dreams. I've been quite trapped in those and forget to make them real!! xD

This is illustrating, at some point, that situation and, again, it is also based in childhood memories.
