Lost in darkness

We're lost in darkness,
blinded by our bitter tears.
We thought we could
find our own way,
but now we know
we were wrong.

We thought we could win,
we made fun of the people
who tried to advice us,
thinking that we had
all the answers.

But it came the darkness,
a result of our stupidity.
And we, who used to 
think we could win 
anything before us,
discovered there 
was no strength 
left in us.

Now, we condemn 
our blindness, we 
see our mistakes.
And we know 
we can't win
our weakness.

We're lost in darkness,
because our weakness
is stronger than our
own strength.
