CAFÉ DA TIA MARIA
Acontecia na cozinha um sabor de nostalgia
e no coador de pano, o café caia gota a gota
aquele cheiro de saudade lembrava tia Maria
e a hospitalidade caipira, que não era pouca.
Os peões lá do curral se esqueciam até do leite
quando o cheirinho do café passava da porteira.
E, deixavam os bezerros sugar pra seu deleite
até o mojo das vacas que não eram as leiteiras.
Depois vão se achegando muito de mansinho
e vão se acomodando junto a taipa do fogão.
Tia Maria não liga e os recebe com carinho,
ela adora quando falam: eita, cafezinho bão!
