For it often leaves you scarred
It can also leave you elated
As your loneliness´s abated
When two souls come close together
As they learn each other better
They might think
That with such link
Their lives will be in sync
But
They´d better know
That love might hurt them so
And that their lives
Just like sharp knives
Will cut to pieces
Their weary minds
Once romance ceases
Respect decreases
And scorn increases
So, be forewarned and forearmed
At the next time you get charmed
By cupids´ love arrows
And the song of dull sparrows
Your delusion, mere illusion
Will then take, in great confusion
The foregone conclusion
That a relationship
Is mostly all
Just full of #OOPS#
