The night is coming
The night is coming,
I'm alone in this place
longing to understand
the way I've come here.
And as I see my world
getting so much darker,
your face appears before my eyes,
I wish I just forgot you,
while the night is coming.
But I'll still remember you
your smile, words
and how you used
to hold my hand
while the night was coming.
And now I see your face,
hear your voice and your laugh
as I watch the night coming.
