Croquetes de Ovo
Ingredientes:
6 0vos
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
1 colher de sopa de pão ralado
0,5l de leite
4 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo
salsa
sal
pimenta
ovo, pão ralado e óleo para fritar
Preparação:
Comece por cozer os ovos.
Depois de frios descasque-os e pique-os miúdinho.
Numa frigideira coloque a manteiga e quando tiver derretido junte-lhe a farinha e em seguida o leite quente a pouco e pouco e mexendo sempre.
Tempere com sal e pimenta e junte-lhe a salsa picada.
Incorpore os ovos neste preparado depois o pão ralado e envolva bem. Deixe arrefecer.
Depois de frio, molde os croquetes e coloque-os no congelador cerca de 20 minutos. Em seguida passe-os por ovo batido e pão ralado e frite-os em óleo bem quente.
