Arroz Doce ( Açores)
Ingredientes: 1 L de leite
250 grs de arroz
250 grs de açúcar
2 cascas de limão
3 gemas de ovos
canela q.b.
Modo de preparação:
Leva-se o arroz ao lume apenas para abrir.
Depois de aberto, vai-se juntando o leite aos poucos, as cascas de limão e o açúcar (reserva-se um pouco para misturara às gemas). Vai-se mexendo até cozer. Fora do lume, deitam-se as gemas bem misturadas com o açúcar que se reservou e volta novamente ao lume para levantar fervura.
Serve-se em travessa ou em tacinhas polvilhado de canela
