Coscurões - Açores
Ingredientes: ½ Kg de farinha
1 ovo
½ colher de sopa de óleo
água e sal q.b.
óleo para fritar
Modo de preparação: Amassam-se os ingredientes e deixam-se descansar em bola durante 1 hora. Rola-se e deixa-se descansar mais 2 horas. Trabalha-se a massa, rola-se muito fininho, cortam-se tiras não muito grossas que vão a fritar em óleo quente. Polvilham-se com açúcar e canela.
