Sopa de Morangos
Ingredientes:
1 caixinha de morango bem maduro
1 xícara de chá de vinho branco seco
1 limão
mel
açúcar (opcional)
creme chantily
Modo de Preparo:
Lave bem os morangos e elimine os cabinhos. Reserve uns três ou quatro para decorar e coloque os demais no copo do liquidificador. Acrescente o vinho, raspas de casca e suco de ½ limão. Adoce com mel e bata até obter um purê uniforme. Prove e, se necessário, junte também um pouco de açúcar. Deixe a sopa na geladeira por cerca de 1 hora. Para servir, distribua a sopa entre taças individuais, decore-as com metades de morangos e um pouco de chantily.
Rendimento para 6 pessoas.
