Gelado-soda-grenadine
Ingredientes:
- 0,2 dl de xarope de grenadine
- um pouco de água mineral gaseificada
- 0,2 dl de rum claro
- 1 bola de gelado de limão ou de baunilha
- 1 ginja de cocktail
- 5 ou 6 folhas de hortelã-pimenta
Preparação:
Deite o xarope de grenadine no copo bem frio e mexa-o juntamente com uma porção de água mineral gaseificada. Deite então no copo a quantidade de rum que quiser.
Junte o gelado de limão ou baunilha e acabe de encher o copo até ao bordo com água mineral gaseificada.
Decoração:
Decore com a ginja e as folhas de hortelã-pimenta. Sirva esta bebida com uma palhinha.
Sugestão:
Quem goste da mistura mais forte, poderá substituir a água mineral gaseificada por champanhe.
