Couves-de-bruxelas com queijo e amêndoa
12 couves-de-bruxelas
sal
100g de queijo fresco
1 c. (sopa) de parmesão ralado
1 gema
30g de miolo de amêndoa
margarina
Limpe as couves retirando as folhas mais duras. Mergulhe as couves em água fervente temperada com sal e cozinhe durante três minutos. Escorra e retire um pouco do interior. Misture a polpa retirada com os dois tipos de queijo e a gema. Recheie as couves, polvilhe-as com as amêndoas às falhas e, por cima, disponha pedacinhos de margarina. Leve ao forno para gratinar.
Nota: Para servir como prato principal, acompanhe com carne assada.
