MAIONESE SEM OVOS
Ingredientes:
1 batata descascada e cozida
1 cenoura descascada e cozida
1 chávena de chá de leite desnatado
1 colher de sopa de sumo de limão
1 colher de sopa de vinagre
1 colher de chá de sal
1/2 chávena de chá de óleo de girassol (+/-)
Preparação:
Pique os legumes, e coloque-os no copo liquidificador. Adicione o leite, o limão, o vinagre e o sal. Bata bem e vá acrescentando o óleo em fio, sem parar de bater, até obter a consistência de maionese.
