MOLHO BRANCO
Ingredientes:
1 colher de sopa de margarina
1,5 colheres de sopa farinha
2,5 dl de leite
1 cubo de caldo de carne
Preparação:
Derrete-se a margarina ao lume, num tacho. Tira-se para fora e junta-se a farinha, mexendo sempre com uma colher de pau.
Leva-se novamente ao lume acrescenta-se o leite, a pouco e pouco, e o caldo de carne.
Deixa-se cozer até ter consistência homogénea.
