MOLHO DE AGRIÃO
Ingredientes:
600 gr de agrião (só as folhas)
1 cebola picada
50 gr de manteiga
1 chávena de chá de vinho branco seco
1 chávena de chá de natas
1/2 chávena de chá de leite
Sal q.b.
Preparação:
Coza os agriões, escorra-os bem e reserve.
Num tacho, aloure a cebola na manteiga, acrescente os agriões e o vinho branco. Cozinhe por alguns minutos e bata a mistura obtida com a varinha mágica ou no copo liquidificador, juntamente com o leite, até obter uma mistura lisa e homogénea.
Leve, novamente, ao lume, acrescente as natas, mexa bem e tempere a gosto com sal.
