MOLHO DE CAMARÃO
Ingredientes:
12 camarões (13/15), descascados e limpos
1 cebola pequena picada bem fina
1 chávena de azeite perfumado com alho
2 tomates médios, sem peles e sementes, cortados em cubinhos
1 chávena (café) de vinho branco seco
folhinhas de manjericão fresco
salsa ou coentros picados
sal e pimenta
Preparação:
Refogue ligeiramente o camarão em metade do azeite, até dourar. Escorra bem. Refogue a cebola no azeite restante, e depois junte o tomate. Acrescente o camarão, regue com o vinho e deixe evaporar. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Sirva decorado com salsa ou coentros picados e folhinhas de manjericão.
