MOLHO DE CEBOLINHO E ALHO
Ingredientes:
(para 2 pessoas)
125 g de queijo fresco
2 colheres de maionese
3 dente de alho esmagado
100 grs. cebolinho
sal
pimenta-preta moída
Preparação:
Numa tigela, bata conjuntamente o queijo, a maionese, o alho e cebolinho. Tempere a gosto com sal e pimenta.
Deite numa tigela e alise a superfície com as costas de uma colher.
Leve ao frigorífico durante pelo menos 30 minutos antes de servir
