MOLHO DE IOGURTE COM HORTELÃ
Sirva com salada, peru e peixe.
Ingredientes
40 g de hortelã
200 g de iogurte desnatado
75 g de creme de leite
2 colheres (sopa) de curry
5 colheres (sopa) de azeite
Sal a gosto
Preparação:
Limpe o hortelã, separe as folhas e os cabos mais macios e lave em água corrente. Em seguida, escorra a água, pique a hortelã e coloque no copo do liquidificador. Junte o iogurte, o creme de leite e o curry. Bata por 15 segundos e, aos poucos, despeje o azeite (em fio) sem parar de bater. Rectifique o sal e bata por mais alguns segundos.
