MOLHO DE MANJERICÃO E ALHO
Especial para temperar massas
Ingredientes:
24 folhas de manjericão fresco
1 colher de sopa de queijo de ovelha ralado
1 colher de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado
50 g de pinhões
1 dente de alho
1 dl de azeite
Sal q.b.
Preparação:
Toste os pinhões no forno durante alguns minutos e, em seguida, pise-os no almofariz, juntamente com o manjericão, o alho e uma pitada de sal grosso. Adicione os dois tipos de queijo e por fim o azeite. No momento de o utilizar dilua-o com uma colher de sopa de água da cozedura das mesmas.
