MOLHO DE MOSTARDA E ERVAS
Ingredientes:
3 colheres de sopa de ervas mistas (hortelã, erva-cidreira, orégãos, salva, etc.)
1 colher de sopa de espinafres
2 dentes de alho amassados
1 colher de chá de mostarda condimentada
1 colher de sopa de sumo de limão
Sal e pimenta branca q.b.
3 colheres de sopa de azeite
Preparação:
Misture bem todos os ingredientes.
Obs: Este molho fica excelente, com carne e peixes grelhados.
