MOLHO PICANTE DE PIMENTO

Ingredientes:

4 pimentos verdes picantes
2 colheres de sopa de cebolinho picado
1/4 chávena de sumo de limão
1/4 chávena de óleo vegetal
2 colheres de sopa de coentros picados
3 colheres de sopa de vinagre
1 colher de sopa rasa de sal
Preparação:

Abra os pimentos e tire as sementes e os nervos.
Pique-os à mão e deixe-os durante 1/2 hora cobertos com sumo de limão e sal.
Coe e junte todos os outros condimentos e verduras.
Guarde em frasco tapado no frigorífico até ao momento de utilizar.

Para acompanhar carne, peixe, vegetais, etc.
