MOLHO VINAGRETE

Rende 16 colheres (sopa)
Sirva com verduras e saladas de legumes

Ingredientes

80 ml de (chá) de vinagre
1 e 1/2 colher (chá) de sal
1 colher (chá) de pimenta-do-reino
1 colher (sopa) de salsinha picada
1 colher (sopa) de coentro picado
1 colher (sopa) de estragão fresco, picado
120 ml de azeite
Preparação

Numa tigela média, misture o vinagre, o sal, a pimenta e as ervas picadas. Adicione o azeite aos poucos, deixando cair em fio, e bata com um batedor de mão até misturar bem.
