BATIDO DE PÊRA
Ingredientes:
1 dl água
1 flor de anis
8 peras maduras
50 g açúcar
2 iogurtes naturais
Preparação:
Leve ao lume a água com o açúcar e a flor de anis.
Deixe ferver durante 3 minutos. Depois desse tempo retire do lume e deixe arrefecer.
Em seguida descasque as peras e tire os caroços. Corte aos pedaços. Coloque as peras no copo misturador e adicione os iogurtes e o xarope de açúcar frio. Triture tudo e sirva fresco.
