MARMELADA DE MARMELO NO MICROONDAS
Ingredientes:
1 kg de marmelos
800 gr de açúcar
1/2 chávena de chá de água
Preparação:
Retire a pele os marmelos. Retire as sementes e parta-os em bocados.
Ponha-os num recipiente de vidro e leve a cozer ao microondas, na potencia máxima, durante 4 minutos. Retire, mexa-os e leve novamente ao microondas mais 2 minutos.
Ponha o açúcar num jarro e junte a água, mexa bem e leve ao microondas durante 2 minutos. Se necessário repita a operação até obter uma calda.
Verta a calda por cima dos marmelos, mexa bem para que se incorporem. Leve ao microondas durante 5 minutos, retire mexa bem, e leve novamente mais alguns minutos até que fiquem bem macios.
triture a mistura com a varinha mágica e leve novamente ao microondas durante 10 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando durante a cozedura.
Verta o resultado para uma forma e deixe arrefecer.
