SOPA DOURADA DO CONVENTO DE SANTA CLARA
Ingredientes:
50 gr de abóbora cristalizada
125 gr de amêndoa ralada
6 ovos
5 fatias de pão de forma
250 gr de açúcar
Preparação:
Leve ao lume o açúcar até ponto de pasta. Passe as fatias de pão de forma por esta calda e coloque-as numa travessa. Retire a calda do lume e deixe-a arrefecer. Junte-lhe os ovos batidos e a amêndoa com a abóbora cristalizada. Leve de novo ao lume para cozer os ovos. Deite o molho sobre as fatias de pão e enfeite com doce de chila ou fios de ovos e cerejinhas em calda.
N.B.: Também poderá confeccionar esta sobremesa com fatias de pão-de-ló.
