Farofa de Ovos
Ingredientes:
- 6 ovos
- 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de mandioca torrada
- 40 gr de cheiro-verde
- 4 colheres (sopa) de manteiga
- 1 cebola batida
- 40 gr de parmesão ralado
Preparação:
Bata os ovos inteiros, tempere com o queijo, o cheiro-verde picado e sal e pimenta do reino a gosto. Doure a cebola na manteiga, junte os ovos, refogue bem e, assim que começar a endurecer, mexa com um garfo, a fim de ficar em pedacinhos. Depois, vá mexendo e juntando a farinha, até formar uma farofa húmida e solta. Prove sal e pimenta.
