Favas com ovos escalfados
Ingredientes:
2 kg de favas descascadas
1/2 chouriço partido às rodelas
300 g de tomate
Pão frito
5 ovos
6 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 cebola média
Sal q.b.
Preparação:
Pique finamente a cebola e leve-a ao lume com o azeite até que fique transparente. Misture de seguida o chouriço, os tomates limpos e cortados aos pedaços e as favas. Regue com um pouco de água, tempere com sal e deixe cozer.
Na altura de servir, abra uns buraquinhos no cozinhado e coloque nele os ovos. Leve de novo a lume brando para escalfar os ovos.
