Ser mortal
Os homens já nascem presos,
Temos licença limitada!
Cumpro uma sentença de morte,
Mas não vou morrer por ouvir uma verdade,
O sangue que me corre nas veias
Não permite que me ajoelhe perante a fatalidade.
Se a morte é tão negra como a noite,
E para além da noite, existe um mundo de estrelas,
Talvez o desígnio seja estrelas desse céu distante.
Tenho para com o fim uma relação eterna irresistível,
De louvável sobrevivência e esplendorosa existência.
Encantamento que faz conceber o homem imortal!
[ Tornar-me imortal e depois morrer.

E como se já nos bastasse
E como se já não nos bastasse nascer setenciados, ainda nos empenhamos com força sinérgica em sermos carrascos uns dos outros...
Contudo o sangue que corre em minhas veias não me permite ajoelhar sob setença do juiz que for ;) e tornar-me assim apenas mais uma fatalidade.
