FAVELA

Tábuas sobre tábuas se misturam
Pobres mulheres lavando roupas pobres
Crianças nuas brincam e murmuram
A felicidade aparente dos nobres.

E por trás desta condição subumana
Os seus olhos parecem tão triste
Gente humilde serenidade emana
Porque no peito um coração existe.

Atentai para o pobre que precisa
Um dia Jesus disse assim
Se a ele deres a sua camisa
Estarás vestindo a mim.

Certamente que no nosso meio
O pobre sempre existirá
Mas amai um ao outro sem receio
Que a recompensa do céu nos virá.

Gostei muito, procuro tratar todo mundo muito bem, com amor e muito carinho, com alegria e bom humor, não pensando em recompensas, minhas recompensas é no ato, vejo um rosto triste se tornar um rosto feliz.
Com recompensas do céu não conto, se vierem é lucro!
