Nunca vou esquecer aquele dia
Foi num belo fim de semana
Fui a um Encontro de Poesias
Convidado pela poetiza Mariana
Lá conheci poetas de fama
E também outros desconhecidos
Confesso que nunca vi uma gama
Tão grande de talentos reunidos
Neste local a sensibilidade explana
Traz a tona o sentimento da alma
Especialmente a poetiza Mariana
Quando declama transmite calma
O Dom da poesia é divino
Nela Deus expressa o seu pensamento
Ser poeta é um belo destino
Poetas, não enterrem o seu talento
