GINGINHA

Ingredientes:

1 kg. De ginjas
400 gr. De açúcar
1 lt. De aguardente

Preparação:

Lave muito bem as ginjas, escorra-as, tire-lhes os pés e deite-as num frasco ou garrafa de boca larga, enchendo só até meio.
Num recipiente à parte misture muito bem aguardente com o açúcar.
Com esta mistura acabe de encher o frasco (ou a garrafa).
Tape muito bem e conserve em sítio escuro, durante cerca de 2 meses.

Uma vez por outra, vire o frasco, de boca para baixo, durante alguns segundos suavemente.
