certo é
que nada é eterno
tudo efêmero

por que, pergunto-me,
tantos castelos erguidos
se o tempo arrasa ?

riquezas e falácias
orgulhos e caprichos
se o tudo é nada

das erigidas construções
restarão escombros,
dos cadáveres, cinzas.

nada se leva
tudo se deixa
ambições e intrigas

se tiver um só sussurro
sincero e contrito
seja prece na despedida

despida de mágoas
isenta de desforras
florida de ternuras...
