MIS HIJOS
Viéndolos crecer
me sacié en ellos.
Aspiré fragancias puras
y deleité mi alma
contemplando
virtudes en vaivén.
Los juzgué entonces buenos
y los sentencié amados.
¡Libres!
Los vi emprender
su propio vuelo,
resuelto y sereno,
como palomas mensajeras
a la vida.
Feliz me sentí
y me vi cumplido
en mi obra consumada,
en el constante enigma
develado.
