ANTÍDOTO PARA A ANSIEDADE

 

Tomar três vezes ao dia ou quantas vezes forem necessárias, a consciência de que só temos algum domínio sobre o tempo PRESENTE, pois o PASSADO já se foi e nada poderemos fazer a respeito e o FUTURO ainda não aconteceu e nem temos a certeza do que ele nos reserva...
Então, o que há de real é o AGORA, que em um instante deixará de ser...
