O LIVRO QUE NÃO PUBLIQUEI...
Iam assim, passando as horas,
Naqueles tristonhos dias...
Sei que o livro não estava pronto!
É que muito me doía o bolso,
E tanto mais, as poesias...
E continuava escrevendo,
No teclado que me era tão pouco,
Bem como, as economias...
Acaso não tinha um tostão,
Para imprimir duas páginas,
Em tão horas tardias!
Faltava tinta na impressora,
Que dantes muito imprimiam
Tantas frases vazias!
Até as tecladas no computador,
Naqueles momentos difíceis,
Só me traziam apatias!
Destarte, não publiquei o livro,
Que muito me foi o projeto,
De tão poucas alegrias...
