A quela menina que curtia a natureza
D edicava sua vida à família e ao trabalho
E no coração carregava o amor e a pureza
L embrança linda que neste verso espalho
A gradeço-lhe por ter-me dado à vida
I magino o que ela sofreu no meu parto
D erramou seu sangue esta mãe aguerrida
E nfrentando a morte naquele quarto

B onita, elegante, trabalhadora e forte.
A os onze filhos com empenho se dedica
D e ser seu filho primogênito tive sorte
O meu coração cheio de alegria fica

G ostava quando ela elogiava meu desenho
Ú nica pessoa que acreditava no meu talento
E ntão eu demonstrava muito mais empenho
T inha todo o seu apoio naquele momento
A qui nestes versos agradecer-lhe eu venho
