Não procuro a Teresa do castro,
Nem a Teresa do Manuel,
Nem tão pouco a Teresa do amado,
Muito menos a Teresa do Jorge.
Não indago sobre a Teresa do Dorival,
Eu procuro a minha Teresa
Aquela que eu conheci no carnaval.

Minha Teresa
Tinha os cabelos rasta
E as suas pontas
Com douradas continhas
Com ela me sentia um rei,
Comigo ela foi uma rainha.

Porém não quiseste comigo ficar,
Preferis-te partir sozinha,
Agora vivo a procurar
A Teresa que só deves ser minha.
