O poeta não é querer ser ou não
O poeta é fruto da inspiração
Ele existe independente da razão
A sua matéria-prima é a emoção

O poeta é o paradoxo em ação
Seus versos alimentam a ilusão
Transformam palavras em canção
Escreve para todos sem distinção

O poeta só é prisioneiro do coração
Para escrever não pede autorização
Exerce sua liberdade de expressão
Já estava liberto antes da escravidão

O poeta é sinônimo de libertação
Ele põe ordem na confusão
A poesia é o caos em profusão
Modela as palavras como artesão
