A M É M

Alegrias mil em mim
não é uma raridade;
pois, descobri enfim
a tal da felicidade.

Eu posso pra você contar
por um preço bem modesto.
Mas, tem que o olho fechar
e engolir o indigesto.

Tem uma coisa bem sabida
e você tem no coração:
é o amor, e de agora em diante
vai entregar ao irmão.

O indigesto eu vou falar;
vem num copo bem pequeno.
Mas, pode de ódio chamar
e é um terrível veneno.

Prejudica pouco o alvo
e muito mais quem o tem.
Quem nunca odiou está salvo
e os anjos cantam amém.
