Quem não gostaria de viver quinze anos a mais
Prolongando a sua existência aqui na terra
Notícia para o mais privilegiado dos animais
Pesquisa feita por Universidade da Inglaterra
Para isso é preciso mudar as nossas rotinas
Com atividades físicas freqüentes e estáveis
Buscando alimentos ricos em vitaminas
Nesse cardápio frutas e verduras são desejáveis
Visando alcançar uma vida mais saudável
E mais longa estão em nossos planos
Seguindo a receita acima isto é aplicável
Chegaremos com vitalidade aos cem anos
Mas comece a mexer o corpo bem cedo
Os pesquisadores já estão convencidos
Esse sem dúvidas é o grande segredo
Para que os frutos possam ser colhidos

EU PARTICULARMENTE PENSO, QUE O SEGREDO PARA SE SER LONGEVO, ESTÁ EM TUDO QUE DISSERTASTE, MAS TAMBÉM PENSAR NO AQUI E NO AGORA, NÃO SE MARTIRIZANDO COM SEU FUTURO, MISTURANDO O PRESENTE COM FUTURO E O FUTURO COM PRESENTE, E TENDO MUITO AMOR NO CORAÇÃO, COM BASTANTE LUZ, VIDA E AMOR!
