Vi tanta coisa bela,
Vi um mundo sem igual,
Vi castelos e fortes,
Vi cerrados e parques.

Vi tanta coisa linda,
Vi um mundo sem igual,
Vi geiseres e fumarolas,
Vi vulcões e lagoas.

Pelos caminhos dos açores,
Vi tanta coisa bela,
Vi um mundo sem igual,
Vi miradoiros e festas santas,
Vi tocar liras e bandas.

Pelos caminhos dos Açores,
Vi tanta coisa bela,
Vi um mundo sem igual.

Por este poema
Vi um coração sonhador...
Vi a vida com beleza
E senti o perfumes das flores...

Vi jardins floridos e belos
Na poesia de dois sóis
Vi a beleza de uma alma
A cantar amores

Vi festa de pássaros a revoar
Vi borboletas de multicores
Vi crianças brincando alegres
Vi o Mar em ondas balançar

Vi um homem e poeta
Que sonhava amar
Vi o coração solitário
Neste lindo poetar

E depois de tanto ver
Deixo aqui o meu abraço
Agradeço a presença
A ler meu poetar
