Foi uma forma um pouco enigmática de escrever.
"Pã" era uma das grandes divindades da natureza, na mitologia grega, identificado como o Grande Todo.

O "pão" simboliza o alimento universal. Portanto, é simples: Quando o pão é porcaria é porque o universo (padaria) está caótico, está desabando.
Então, "pão" é o universo. O lugar do "pão" é fora do caos.
