NINFA DO MONTE

De um monte longínquo,
À beira do mar,
Avisto uma bela ninfa,
Com seu cabelo ao luar.

Procurando no mar profundo,
O amigo há muito ido,
Pelo qual o seu coração,
Se encontra desesperado.

Mas eis que ao longe,
Uma silhueta se avista,
E com grande emoção,
A ninfa corre sem parar,
Até à crista
Da marítima onda,
Para com o seu coração,
Seu amor abraçar.
